Matt Miller

Currently Vice President at Jim Lake Companies in the brokerage division. He joined the company in 2012 and specializes in project leasing, brokerage, and tenant representation for both local and national companies. Representing approximately 400,000 SF of warehouse, flex, office/showroom, and retail space in the DFW market. Formerly a Senior Associate at Colliers International in the Dallas/Fort Worth office. He specialized in tenant representation, strategic planning and consulting, transaction structure and negotiation process. Matt joined Colliers International in 2011 as a member of the Colliers Tenant Advisory Group focusing on strategic planning, consulting, and transaction management services. An Associate at Newmark Knight Frank from 2006-2011 and was actively involved in business development, strategic planning, market analysis and transaction services, on both the local and national level. Formerly worked for the Dallas Mavericks as an Account Executive on the sales team. During his time with the Mavericks, Matt worked predominantly on high end sales such as long term leases on luxury suites and platinum packages. He was also involved in gameday operations. Originally from Plano, TX, Matt went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004. Matt is also actively involved in North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the Young Professionals Forum (YPF), and the Dallas Texas Exes for UT alumni.
