Matt Lynch

Matt joined Atlantic’s West Palm Beach office as a broker in 2013. Since then, he has worked on the Florida expansion of national retail tenants such as Planet Fitness, JoAnn Stores, First Watch Café, Heartland Dental, Verizon Wireless and Mission BBQ. As a Landlord Representative, Matt has worked with local and national property owners adding value to existing assets through creative leasing strategies. Additionally, he has extensive experience sourcing and leasing ground up development projects of all sizes across Florida. Matt’s diverse experience allows him to efficiently service a variety of clients to meet their real estate goals. Matt received a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College in 2010 and currently resides with his wife and son in Tequesta, Florida. Away from the office, Matt enjoys traveling and working on his golf game.
