ABOUT

Matt formerly served as an Associate Vice President in JLL's Midtown Manhattan office, starting in 2019. He was a member of the New York Consulting/Advisory Group, a team that partners with brokerage personnel and provides new business development, strategy development, financial structuring, and transaction execution services. He has completed projects that emphasized portfolio strategy, location advisory & site selection, financial engineering & deal structuring, occupancy cost reduction and transaction support.
