Matt Larson

Matt Larson is an Executive Vice President of CBRE | Raleigh. Matt brings extensive retail and restaurant experience, having focused on project leasing and tenant representation assignments throughout North Carolina since 2005. His retail leasing experience includes landlord representation of grocery anchored developments, mixed use lifestyle projects and regional power centers for clients that include InvenTrust Properties, New Market Properties, Grubb Ventures, Kite Realty and Northwood Ravin. Matt manages a tenant representation practice that includes operators such as Harris Teeter, Fifth Third Bank, First Watch , and Jersey Mike’s. Additionally, Mr. Larson is well versed in the Triangle food and beverage scene, having worked with and on behalf of some of the area’s outstanding restaurant, hospitality and brewery operators. Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, Matt spent nine years with Lincoln Harris in Raleigh, NC; most recently serving as Vice President of Brokerage. Matt is a native of North Carolina.
