Matt King

Matt King is a Vice President in the CBRE Triad office. Mr. King is a part of the Retail Services Team and provides strategic planning, tenant and landlord representation, acquisition and disposition services for local, regional and national clients. King and the CBRE|Triad Retail Services Team represent landlords in leasing over one million square feet of space in the Triad area. The team also actively represents 15 national retailers and restaurant clients. Mr. King personally specializes Tenant Representation and Site Selection for numerous national retailers and restaurants including Gold’s Gym, Conn’s, Krispy Kreme, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Goodyear, First Watch Daytime Café and Orange Theory Fitness. He also oversees the leasing of shopping centers throughout the Piedmont Triad. Since joining CBRE in 2012, Mr. King has completed over 230 sales and lease transactions in excess of $135 million. Prior to joining CBRE Triad, Matt worked at Brantley Properties, Inc., where he was a Regional Manager for the multi-family division. Before working with the multi-family division, Matt managed shopping centers, office buildings. Along with property management, Matt also previously worked on the brokerage side of the business.
