Matt Kashani joined Norman Bobrow & Co. in 2017 after working in the legal and engineering sectors. He utilizes an understanding of the interrelated components of business and a technical background in commercial strategies. Born and raised in New York, Matt specializes in the extensive research and analysis of Manhattan office space and its submarkets. He is adept at tailoring the real estate needs of a business to its specific objectives. Working exclusively on behalf of the Tenant, Matt has built a wide and loyal client base having found solutions for enterprises in the manufacturing, medical, financial and accounting, legal, technology and architectural industries. Matt graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business. He is also heavily involved with pro bono work, educating young and under-privileged children.
