Matt Hogan

Matt Hogan is a Principal Broker, and partner, with CW Walker & Associates, Inc. and has been in the real estate business since 2007. Matt specializes in the sale and leasing of large manufacturing sites, office, retail, corporate airplane hangars, as well as other special use properties. He holds an exclusive membership in the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). In his spare time, he volunteers with several organizations and serves as charity auctioneer to many local nonprofits. He is a lifelong Duck fan, has served as President of the Oregon Club and is one of the people who leads the Oregon Ducks onto the field during home football games riding the Duck Harley. He holds a degree in Business and French from the University of Oregon. Matt’s wife Amy is a dental hygienist in a pediatric dental office. They have two daughters. He and his wife raise their family on their 30 acers horse ranch near Eugene and spend summers traveling to, and, competing in, rodeos and horse events.
