Matt Hickey was promoted to Vice President in a multifaceted role in 2023, overseeing Lincoln Property Company’s office leasing and acquisitions efforts in the Chicagoland area. Matt is the lead client contact for a portfolio of Class A and Trophy office buildings that totals 5.5 million square feet. Matt leverages a vast professional network to pursue prospective tenants, maintain market intel databases, and help clients maximize value on their office assets. Additionally, Matt oversees all property marketing campaigns. Matt joined Lincoln Property Company in August 2015. Within Matt’s first three years at LPC, the suburban leasing portfolio nearly doubled to over 4MM square feet. LPC has regularly been nominated for Property Representatives of the Year and Deal of the Year at various industry awards since Matt Joined the company. Prior to joining Lincoln, Matt spent 3 years with Jones Lang LaSalle’s suburban leasing team as an Associate Broker. Dedicating most of his time to the Arden Realty/GE Capital portfolio in the East-West Corridor, he worked diligently to hone his expertise in Class A real estate in that submarket. Over the course of his career, Matt has successfully completed transactions totaling 5 million square feet.
