Matt Heacox

Matt Heacox is a Director at Newmark. He specializes in representing businesses and property owners in all aspects of the sale and leasing of office properties and land. Heacox has been a licensed real estate broker since September 2004, when he became a leasing and sales agent for Cornish & Carey Commercial. From May 2005 through June 2009, he worked as a manager of real estate development for Opus West in Sacramento. In this capacity, he was an integral part of the marketing, lease-up and disposition of several office and retail projects in the Sacramento region. Experience in this role also included other aspects of development, including planning and entitlements, before returning to Newmark in September 2009. Since joining Newmark, Heacox has successfully represented tenants, landlords and developers in over 3 million square feet of transactions throughout the local Sacramento market and Northern California in all aspects of the sale and leasing of commercial properties
