Matt Hatfield

At TRI Commercial, Matt represents owners, landlords, and tenants in their leasing and sale requirements in the North Contra Costa market. Matt is also very fluent in advising and consulting with the local municipalities as it relates to various zoning, entitlements, and easements on sites. He has successfully represented the disposition of office, industrial and city-owned land sites and provided consulting work to the City of Concord. Matt joined the Walnut Creek office of TRI Commercial in 2018 as a Senior Director. Before TRI, Matt was a Senior Associate at Transwestern for six years and earned the San Francisco Business Times Rising Star Award, Transwestern's East Bay Rookie of the Year Award in 2014 and that same year was named the Transwestern West Region – Young Professional of the Year. Before his real estate career, Matt worked for Advanced Office Systems in Concord where he served as a Systems Specialist. A native of the East Bay area, Matt’s family, owns and operates a business in Concord.
