Matt focuses on sales and leasing of industrial, office and high tech properties on a multi-market, multi-state basis with an emphasis in the Puget Sound Region. Over the years, Matt has gained a thorough understanding of what is needed to negotiate commercial sale and lease transactions to create the best possible outcomes for his clients. Matt understands that every client is unique and incorporates his tireless work ethic to provide his services to clients with the highest professional standards. Matt holds the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. An SIOR designation is awarded to agents who have met stringent production and educational requirements, in addition to being recognized throughout the real estate industry as having the highest level of professional knowledge and integrity.
