ABOUT

In his role with Pettinaro, Matt is responsible for the leasing of Pettinaro’s existing office and industrial portfolio. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2002, having first started as a market researcher. Then, Matt became industrial and office leasing broker working primarily in Southern/Central New Jersey on behalf of various Landlords and tenant clients. In addition, Matt has extensive experience working for different Owner/Developers as a Director of Real Estate Development, Leasing Director and as Asset Manager. His diversified experience within the commercial real estate industry over 20+ years provides him with a unique ability to view negotiations and transactions from multiple vantage points, which is extremely helpful in closing transactions and achieving results. Matt holds real estate salesperson licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council (CIRC) in Delaware. He lives in Gloucester Township in Southern New Jersey, where in his spare time he enjoys activities with his wife, two sons, daughter, and two mixed breed dogs. On rare occasions, when time allows, he enjoys a round of golf having once competed as a junior golfer in regional tournaments and the family enjoys brief summertime trips to the Jersey Shore.
