Matt Gonnerman, CCIM is passionate about creating efficient and profitable solutions for corporate occupiers and investors. Having begun his corporate real estate career in 2015, he has been involved in navigating lease transactions ranging from 10,000 to 460,000 SF and obtained the prestigious designation of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Matt has an in-depth understanding of how to expertly represent corporate occupiers and investors having participated in over 450 various landlord and occupier projects throughout his career. His team focuses on providing expert guidance, objective evaluations, and customized solutions tailored to achieve excellent outcomes on behalf of his clients. His team has been involved in site selection, expansions, consolidations, lease renewals and restructuring negotiations, and the selling and purchasing of buildings. They have worked across North America with extensive experience in the Mid Atlantic and Southeastern United States. Outside of work, Matt serves as a Board Member for the West Cabarrus YMCA and is involved in numerous charitable and philanthropic organizations dealing with youth wellbeing, homelessness, mental health, as well as the construction of a hospital and a school in Honduras.
