Matt Gondak

Matt Gondak is a commercial broker and co-founder of MRE Commercial with 35+ years’ experience representing private investors in purchases, sales and leasing of properties, as well as tenant representation in the East Bay Metro market. Matt offers clients broad-based expertise in leasing, sales and consulting across all product types with a specialization of East Bay communities, including Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito and Richmond. Matt holds an undergraduate degree in Political Economy with a minor in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Amongst Matt’s many hundreds of satisfied clients over the years are U.C. Berkeley and Oliver Construction. Matt is a lifelong resident of Marin County, where he resides with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time he may be found hiking, biking, kayaking and beach-going within the many beautiful parks of Marin County.
