Drawing from broad experience in several industries, client representation in complex litigation, and two decades of real estate practice, he provides expertise in private equity syndication and all phases of real property finance, acquisition, development, management, and disposition. Matt graduated from the University of Colorado in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1993 from the University of Denver, College of Law.
