Matt Garland

Matt Garland is a Senior Vice President at Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate within the industrial services group. Matt focuses on representing private owners, corporation and institutions in the acquisition, disposition and development of industrial real estate, and specializes in the O’Hare & I-55 industrial submarkets. Matt has more than fourteen years of experience in both the public and private sector where his expertise includes; investment sales of commercial assets, commercial underwriting, creating analytic models for production management, implementing JIT delivery systems in warehousing operations, transportation contract negotiations, and focusing on increasing cash flows in under-performing assets. Garland utilizes his advanced research and analytic skills to effectively create, procure, and deliver optimal solutions for client needs. He is passionate about helping business owners and operators succeed by creating ideal results for both businesses and building owners. Matt holds a BA in Finance and Economics from Augustana College and is an active member in the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers.
