Matt Gallagher

Matthew Gallagher is an Executive Managing Director for the Jones Lang LaSalle, Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Gallagher represents landlords and tenants for sale and lease transactions of office and industrial space as well as the acquisition and disposition of land sites in Northern, Virginia. Mr. Gallagher’s experience representing investors and occupiers in the marketplace has afforded him a practical understanding of the goals and requirements of both sides in a leasing transaction. Mr. Gallagher is a specialist in the Northern Virginia office market. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Gallagher was a Broker for Spaulding & Slye Colliers & Equis Corporation where he represented institutional owners and corporate clients in real estate transactions. Mr. Gallagher received his Bachelor of Arts in American Government from Georgetown University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in DC, Virginia and Maryland. Mr. Gallagher is also a member of the Reston Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP and the National Association of Realtors.
