Matt Fair

Matt Fair joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in 2007 as a commercial real estate broker. Matt works on the Office and Investment Sales team serving the needs of clients across a broad spectrum of assignments. Matt has been actively involved in over $100 million dollars in sale and lease transactions. His financial analysis and coordinated processes has created added value for clients from a diverse cross-section of industries through solid real estate strategy. Since starting at Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services, Matt has worked exclusively representing: Prudential Financial, Sovereign Bank, Hobbs Brook Management, Care New England Hospitals, Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, Unilever, Wyeth, American Heart Association, Andera, ShapeUp and Textron Realty. Matt is an active member of the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brother Big Sisters of Rhode Island, committee member for the Providence Foundation's "Young Leaders Association", ambassador for Rhode Island Family Services' "Dining Out For Life" program, and is a past student mentor at Year-Up. Mr. Fair earned his bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. Matt lives in Saunderstown, RI with his wife and two children.
