Matt Eads

Mr. Eads serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing & Sales for Brookside Properties, Inc. He focuses on retail and industrial site selections, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and development. He oversees leasing and asset management for approximately 800,000 square feet of commercial real estate throughout middle Tennessee and is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and Alabama. Throughout his career, Mr. Eads has brokered sales in excess of 70 million dollars. Mr. Eads is a senior executive with Brookside Properties, Inc. which currently owns and manages assets in 16 states He is an Eagle Scout and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as the Tennessee State Director 2014 – 2017 and current ICSC Ambassador. He is a past founding board member of the Phoenix Club of Nashville, benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee. He received his CCIM designation in 2012 & has served as board member and sponsorship chair for the Middle Tennessee CCIM chapter. Mr. Eads is a graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana and calls Nashville home with his wife and three daughters.
