Matt Croswell

Matt Croswell is a First Vice President within our Retail Services Group where he specializes in both tenant representation and project leasing. Matt works closely with fellow team members Scott Young, Ashley Young and Jake Vorkapich on transactions throughout Michigan. Their team has been the top producing retail brokerage team in the Detroit Office as well as one of the top performing retail brokerage teams throughout the Midwest. Mr. Croswell has partnered with numerous high-profile retail clients and property owners on real estate requirements and needs across the state of Michigan. He has completed over 300 retail transactions totaling over $350 million in value across North America. Matt has extensive tenant rep experience where he assisted in the initial rollout of numerous concepts. His clients include Athletico, Buddy’s Pizza, Huntington Bank, Kroger, Mister Car Wash, SalonCentric, Target, TREK and Walmart. Mr. Croswell started his career in commercial real estate at CBRE as a research analyst in 2009. He is an active ICSC member and has been selected as a Costar Retail Power Broker.
