Matt specializes in the representation of tenants, owners and investors in purchasing, selling or leasing Industrial properties in the Rocky Mountain and Denver Metro real estate markets. Matt is an advocate for his clients and understands the undertakings necessary to be a thriving business within the area. Matt finds it imperative to form and maintain lasting relationships with clients and does this through his integrity, hard work, attention to detail and relentless follow up. Matt currently resides with his wife and two sons in Aurora, Colorado. Matt started in commercial Real Estate with CBRE in January of 2011 in Southern California and moved to Denver in January of 2016. In 2013, Matt was named Rookie of the Year for the CBRE Orange County Region, an honor given to the highest grossing first-year broker within the region. Since becoming a broker in 2011, Matt has personally sourced and executed over $83,000,000 in total transaction consideration, sold or leased over 3,650,000 SF and was involved in sale and lease transactions valued over $800,000,000.
