Matt Bredin

Matt is a Chartered Surveyor with over 8 years commercial property experience beginning his career at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) in their Leeds office in 2013. He subsequently worked for Fawley Watson Booth, also in Leeds, before joining Carter Jonas in Leeds until 2020 when LM1 was started. He focuses on Agency including lettings, disposals, acquisitions and investments as well as professional services specialising in rent reviews and lease renewals, with experience in Rent Review third party determination. His favourite case to date is acting for Tenant in a Rent Review of an 75,000 sq ft Warehouse in Knaresborough, J47 A1M North Yorkshire. Matt is an avid skier who enjoys to get on the slopes as much as possible and is an international Rugby Union fan.
