Matt Angleson

At Suntide, Matt advises a wide array of clients ranging from private investors to banks and institutional firms. During his 25-year career, Matt has assisted clients on thousands of transactions from small local owners and tenants to publicly traded entities. Additionally, Matt has been a partner in over $110M in real estate ownership and leverages that experience in site acquisition and timing, financial analysis, sourcing of debt/equity, and asset management when advising his clients. Having that holistic knowledge of all facets of real estate allows Matt to advise and assist his clients on the best approaches to their real estate needs. Prior to joining Suntide, Matt was a Vice President at Avison Young where he focused on the Midway and Suburban St. Paul markets. Matt’s additional experience was as a Senior Advisor at SVN | Northco Real Estate Services for five years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation. During his tenure at SVN. Northco, Matt was awarded the Achiever’s Circle award and was instrumental in Northco being awarded Firm of the Year in 2015.
