Mateo Villa

Mateo Villa joined Genfor Real Estate as one of the initial team members when the firm was founded by longtime colleague and mentor Rich Gasperini in 2022. Prior to joining Genfor, Mateo was a key member of the industrial and logistics real estate team for CBRE in the Pittsburgh market from 2013 to 2022. Mateo combines substantial experience serving owners and occupiers of industrial and commercial real estate with a deep knowledge of the Western Pennsylvania market and a specific focus on the individual needs of clients and their businesses. Mateo graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and has called Pittsburgh home since moving here in 2009. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania. Mateo serves as member of the Board of Directors for Rivers of Steel and is a member of the Magee Women’s Hospital NICU Parent Advisory Council.
