ABOUT

Mason joined Lee & Associates in 2018 after ten years of sales and management experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and food service industries. His varied experience gives him a distinct and detailed understanding of the needs of these and similar specialized activities. As a result, Mason is able to offer holistic strategies for addressing land acquisition, site development, and operational effectiveness. Mason’s success is built upon long-term relationships with his clients, driven by connecting ideas to outcomes, linking people to opportunities, and bridging current business needs to future business success. In turn, clients have expressed confidence in the services Mason provides and trust that he holds their best interests in mind. At age 17 Mason became one of the youngest people in state history to complete the Washington State Brokerage Training Courses, and his decision to pursue commercial real estate full time fulfills one of his long-term personal goals. A life-long resident of Kirkland, Mason and his wife Leah met in the first grade. Parents to very active twin toddlers, they enjoy traveling to sunny places, spending time with family and friends, wine tasting, and cheering on the WSU Cougars and local Seattle sports teams.
