Mary Martin

Mary K. Martin has been a licensed real estate broker and active in the Tulsa commercial real estate business since 1977. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma in 1991, Mary worked directly for owners of various office buildings and obtained a clear understanding of landlord and tenant relations. Achievements The CCIM designation was awarded to Mary in 1996. The SIOR designation was achieved in 1997. The SIOR office designation is given to commercial real estate professionals who have maintained significant sales for over a five year period. Mary is the first female in Oklahoma to receive this award and joins a group of less than 250 commercial real estate professionals nationwide to achieve both the CCIM and SIOR designations. Since joining CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma in 1991, Mary has consistently been the top producing office broker.
