Mary is the broker/owner of Farley & Ferry Realty. Mary Lou Ferry Wimmer is the owner and managing broker of Farley & Ferry Realty Inc. She is a vital leader in the Atlantic County Real Estate Market over 30 years. A Ventnor native, Mary Lou grew up on Portland Ave enjoying the Downbeach lifestyle. She attended Holy Spirit High School and St Joseph’s University. She started her career in the casino industry and shortly after transitioned over to the real estate profession. Her father, Frank J. Ferry, Esq. worked as a real estate attorney with Jean Farley, the founder and very first woman president of the Atlantic City & County Board of Realtors. Jean inspired Mary Lou to excel in the real estate business and become an entrepreneur in every part of her life. After Jean passed away, she had the opportunity to purchase the brokerage and carry on the tradition.
