Mary Ann Rollison

Mary Ann Rollison began her commercial real estate career in the San Francisco-Bay Area in 1983 and relocated to the Sacramento market in 1989. She joined SUMMiT Properties in May of 1998 where she now focuses on the Solano County commercial real estate market. Over the years Rollison has provided leasing and management services for more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate . She has successfully represented clients who own all types of commercial real estate from large office, retail and industrial projects in major metropolitan markets to small commercial investment properties in outlying communities, spanning the San Francisco Bay Area to the Oregon border. Having a strong background in corporate real estate, she offers what she refers to as "Beyond Brokerage" service to her clients. She is an active member of the community and maintains strong business relationships with local city and county government officials. Rollison is a California licensed real estate agent, member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, Sacramento Chapter, and Vacaville Chamber of Commerce.
