Marvin DeLaura is a Senior Director with Fortis Net Lease. Mr. DeLaura has been employed in the real estate industry for nearly twenty years. Over the last ten years, he has specialized in exclusively representing sellers and buyers in the disposition and acquisition of single tenant and multi-tenant retail investment assets with a focus on restaurant and QSR properties. He has successfully represented developers, private investors, and institutional owners on hundreds of complicated real estate transactions during his career. Marvin is also a national leading authority on sale leaseback transactions ranging from single transactions to multi-unit portfolios. He has advised some of the nation’s top restaurant franchisees and corporate clients on the sale leaseback process and completed a record number of sale leaseback transactions throughout the United States. Marvin is a lifetime resident of Michigan and in his free time he enjoys golfing, boating, music, and spending time with his family. Mr. DeLaura earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Oakland University in Rochester, MI. He is a licensed Realtor in the State of Michigan and an active member of the ICSC.
