Marty is a Managing Member and Co-Owner of Exquisite Salon and Spa, LLC and United College of Health and Beauty, LLC. He was construction project Manager for US WEST and At&T for many years. He has extensive Education and expertise in Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Environmental, and Telecommunications. He has a wide range of knowledge in Project Engineering Management/Development/Safety Compliance/OSHA, Fire Code, and Governmental Liaison/Complex Contract Preparation and Negotiations. He designed, developed, built, and managed high end Day Care facilities “Little People Learning Centers”, Exquisite Salon and Spa, LLC and United College of Health and Beauty, LLC. He performed strategic business planning functions, lead and coached staff, marketed products/services and, supervised all operations. Marty at the present time owns and operates Fine Builders LLC, Construction Company.
