Marty Navarro

Marty is responsible for the operations and management of the firms' practice. Marty has an extensive background in commercial real estate in a career that began in 1986 at Greenville, South Carolina based at The Furman Company.(currently CBRE). This background includes development, tenant representation, site selection, investment property advisory, underwriting, acquisitions, due diligence, property dispositions, market feasibility and proforma analysis, distressed assets, transactional and asset management. Marty has been a top producer in the Upstate of South Carolina completing transactions in all aspects of commercial sales, leasing, and development for nearly 30 years. Navarro is very active in the commercial real estate industry and professional associations. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) and holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he served a four-year term as State Operations Chairman. Marty has served on numerous real estate and economic development committees in the region. He is an avid cyclist and conservationist. Mr. Navarro was raised in Southern California and is a graduate of San Diego State University.
