Marty joined J.P. Weigand & Sons as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent in 1985. As a native Wichitan, he has extensive real estate knowledge as well as an in-depth understanding of development, site selection, tenant representation, and much more. He has developed relationships with hundreds of local and national clients. Prior to joining Weigand, Marty worked in the Industrial Development Division for the City of Wichita where he gained extensive insight into government processes as well as industrial development and zoning. This experience combined with Marty’s understanding of office, retail, and industrial specialties translates to successfully securing the right properties for his clients.
