Marty Busekrus

Mr. Busekrus began his commercial real estate career in the early 2000’s after 10+ years of successful outside sales. Much of his early success in commercial real estate involved investment sales and structuring off-market real estate transactions for local South Florida office, industrial, retail, and apartment owners. That led him to the leasing and management of properties for local high net worth investors. During his career he has directly participated or led a team in over $830M worth of commercial transactions. His primary areas of responsibility include strategic planning, third party asset management, new business development, capital markets training, investment analysis, and due diligence. He also currently serves on the BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches board as well as the ULI Florida Industrial Product Council. He is an active member of NAIOP Jacksonville, ULI South Florida, and BOMA. Past experience involves the NAIOP National Board of Directors, CCIM, CIASF and several other non-industry groups. Marty has also earned and is a current member of SIOR.
