Prior to joining CBRE, Marty served as Senior Vice President for both First Property Realty and Grubb & Ellis. His career began in New York City with James Felt Realty / Grubb & Ellis and worked for New York based Douglas Elliman Appraisal and Consulting. Barkan has been a Trusted Name in Commercial Real Estate since the 1930’s and Marty benefits from a family legacy and deep roots in the real estate industry. Marty, his brother and their late father have collectively logged 136 years in the business and counting.
