Martin Welsh

Martin is the President as well as a Partner at Sam Segar & Associates, Inc. He joined the firm after active duty in the United States Army, where he served as commanding officer of a nuclear missile site in Europe. He has been with Sam Segar and Associates since 1984 , and he has always been the leader in sales volume. He achieved recognition for this success in real estate sales by being selected by the CMLS Awards Committee as both a Gold and Silver recipient for commercial sales volume in the Hampton Roads area. In addition, he holds a CCIM designation granted by the Commercial Investment Council of the National Association of Realtors. He is a lifelong resident of the Tidewater Area and received his B.A. degree in economics from Virginia Military Institute.
