Martin Mikaitis

Mr. Mikaitis joined Avison Young’s Industrial Brokerage Service Group as an Associate in the firm’s suburban Chicago office located in Rosemont, Illinois. Mr. Mikaitis works closely with Adam Haefner, Principal and Zeke Rowan, Senior Associate. He offers a full range of brokerage services, including tenant/buyer/ ownership representation, build-to-suit projects, and land development, as well as investment analysis, acquisition, and disposition services. Marty’s primary area of concentration is the I-55 South Corridor and I-80 markets. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Mikaitis worked as an Associate at Darwin Realty since in May of 2018 also with Adam Haefner and Zeke Rowan. His focus was providing a full range of industrial brokerage services. Marty began his career in the financial markets as a sales trader, brokering and analyzing index options and futures.
