Martin Levy was born and raised in The Bronx, New York post World War II where he attended public schools before matriculating to Westchester Community College and Pace College to study accounting. Always the salesman, Martin began an early career in baseball card collecting and trading such greats as the 1952 Topps series which included notables like Mickey Mantle, Billy Martin and Roger Maris. In 1971 Martin and his family moved to the San Francisco Bay area where he became an owner/operator of the Associated Limousine Service. Because of his vision and management skills, Martin was soon elected President of the company where he innovatively negotiated contracts with leading hotels, travel companies and airport managers to provide service desks directly on premises, something completely unheard of until this time. In addition, recognizing the importance of property ownership especially in San Francisco where space is at a premium, Martin concluded the purchase and sale of partnership real property. To this day, ALS is still operating from this well-positioned location. Recognizing an innate talent and love of real estate sales, Martin was licensed by the State of California in 1977 and sold his first home on his first day in the office. Specializing in higher-end residential, commercial and income property, Martin worked closely with partnership groups handling sales, leases and property management for clients. In 1981, Martin relocated to Sonoma County and joined the firm of Merrill Lynch Realty. During that time he developed a personal computerized mailing list of over 30,000 valued clients and property owners, as well as 15,000 Bay Area real estate offices and agents. The first year, not unexpectedly, Martin achieved multi-million dollar club status and has subsequently been recognized both locally and nationally as a leader in real estate sales, placing as high as Number 2 in the nation. Martin is now working with CENTURY 21 Alliance, the largest locally-owned real estate company in the county. Over the years, Martin has served the Sonoma County community through years of change and differing real estate markets. Through all these changes, Martin has remained loyal and steadfast achieving unprecedented success through hard work and focused attention to detail and client needs. Members of his equally skilled staff include bilingual licensed associates and staff with specialized areas of expertise. This caring, hard work and diligence has made Martin the Number 1 Overall Agent in Sonoma County surpassing sales records in both dollar volume and the number of sales. Martin's greatest joys are his two grandchildren, Zachary and Natalie.
