Martin's real estate business practice is tenant advocacy: the representation of commercial tenants and purchasers. As a result of unclouded loyalties and a singular focus, Martin provides his clients with significant financial savings and contractual flexibility within the leases he negotiates. Martin's objective is to make the terms of the lease fit the business plan of the tenant. With prior experience as an entrepreneur and exposure to diverse industries, his ability to understand business requirements, and to apply this understanding to customizing a real estate solution is significant. Martin has previously worked for several major high-tech, defence, traditional office users and industrial tenants within the greater Ottawa market. Martin is a Principal and Co-Founder of Cresa Ottawa.
