Martie is the leader of the APG Advisors Occupier and Office Landlord Services Team. He has over 30 years of experience serving corporate clients and their commercial real estate needs. He represents institutional landlords, Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller companies on a local, regional, national and global level with their office requirements. Martie’s career in commercial real estate started with property management in 1989 at WestChase Development Corporation and transitioned into fulltime brokerage for WestChase and the Lundy group in 1992. From 1996 to present, Martie has held prominent brokerage roles with A&CO Oncor International, Grubb and Ellis. Prior to joining the company in 2013 Martie owned and operated an exclusive tenant rep firm in Cary, NC. Martie’s experience within the Raleigh-Durham market proves valuable when conducting analysis and lease negotiations.
