Marti Grizzle is a Senior Associate for the firm’s Houston office who specializes in office landlord representation. With over 38 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, her team has a strong reputation and track record in the development and execution of successful leasing project platforms. Marti and her team are currently responsible for over 2 million square feet of office space in their Houston leasing portfolio. Prior to Avison Young, Marti was a Leasing Manager at Madison Marquette, working aggressively to advance lease negotiations, increase rental rates and building occupancy. In this role, she worked with her team to not just maintain their portfolio but expand it as well. Marti previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the HVAC industry where she was instrumental in the design of building HVAC systems.
