Marshall Ranson

Marshall Ranson is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. Since joining Ascent as a full-time broker in 2018, Marshall has driven the leasing efforts of over 400,000 SF of retail space in the Charlotte and Central NC markets. Marshall is a Charlotte native and graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he studied Economics. Marshall is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte and enjoys spending his free time traveling, hiking, and fishing.
