Marshall Nguyen is the Founder and CEO of Wyn Group, a Commercial Real Estate Investment and Brokerage firm based in the Twin Cities of MN. Apart from his role at Wyn Group, Marshall also serves as a strategic Partner at Pacifica Square USA. This company specializes in acquiring and developing properties in high-density and thriving Asian markets across the United States. Their focus lies in transforming big-box retailers and regional malls into open-air, Asian Lifestyle Shopping Centers.? Among his numerous accomplishments, Marshall pioneered the first Asia Mall in Minnesota and is instrumental in the development of Pacifica of Burnsville, a redevelopment project to revitalize Burnsville Center, (Regional Mall in MN). Recently, he garnered several prestigious accolades, including the Commercial Real Estate Broker of the Year Award, the Redevelopment Project of the Year Award, and the People's Choice Award by the nationally recognized Real Estate Journal where there were over 1,500 people in attendance.
