Marshall Mays

Marshall Mays is a Vice President in the Colliers Fort Worth office. Marshall has been in the commercial real estate industry in DFW for 10 years and brings with him valuable experience from time at both JLL and Holt Lunsford Commercial. He focuses on office project leasing, sales, tenant representation and business development in Tarrant County. Marshall’s experience working both sides of lease and sale transactions gives him valuable perspective to effectively execute creative leasing and sales strategies. Prior to joining Colliers, Marshall started his real estate career as an analyst for JLL in the Fort Worth office, then joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2014. In that time, he gained exposure to both leasing and sales across several product types including land, industrial, and office. Most recently he focused on office project leasing, sales and tenant representation across Tarrant County and Las Colinas completing over 300 transactions worth over $108M in total consideration. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2013 and has transactional experience on both sides of the Metroplex.
