Marques advises the real estate needs of occupiers around the globe, with a specialty in workplace strategy and emerging technology and commerce. Marques's clients range in portfolio size, organizational structure, and asset types, which are comprised of media, technology, ecommerce, finance, insurance, healthcare and entertainment related industries. This experience allows him to offer vertically integrated solutions at the intersection of industry-specific knowledge and market expertise. Marques adds value through detailed research and evaluation of sites and facilities; creation and implementation of strategic real estate plans; analysis of the financial impact of lease, purchase, disposition and/or termination of redundant facilities; and the development, implementation and documentation of negotiating strategies. Marques leads a host of internal initiatives within Cushman & Wakefield and serves as an Executive Committee of C&W’s Tenant Advisory Group (“TAG”), a Cabinet Member of the Next Generation Leadership Network (“NGLN”), a member of Cushman & Wakefield Future Leader and Blacks United in Leadership & Development (CWFL & BUILD), recognized in C&W’s “What’s Next” campaign, leads the Los Angeles Emerging Technology Practice Group (“ETAG”) and newCommerce Group (“nComm”).
