Marl Cummings IV

Marl has personally overseen the development and redevelopment of several retail properties in the greater Mobile area. He is a member of the Mobile Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Alabama Association of Realtors, and the Mobile Commercial Exchange Club. A leader in the community, Cummings has served as President of the Lions Club of Mobile, President of the Lions USA Eyesight Research Foundation, Director of the Alabama Wildlife Foundation, and Director of Mobile County Wildlife Conservation Association. Marl received a BA from the University of Mississippi and started his real estate career in January 2002. His skills include commercial leasing, sales, property management, marketing, and contract negotiations. Outside of the office, Marl enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing.
