Mark began as an acquisitions analyst in 2007, working for a private real estate investment firm, participating in acquiring 2.5mm square feet of office and retail and 2,500 multifamily units. After going on his own, where he brokered over half a million square feet of office/retail and 800 beds of assisted living, he was hired by a client, whose focus was acquisitions and private lending. There he acted as chief underwriter and loan officer as the company grew to own and operate over 5,000 units of multifamily housing, multiple office buildings, several parcels of retail developable land and an extensive loan portfolio with a 0% default rate in Texas, Florida, New York/New Jersey and Georgia. He also facilitated all of the company’s dispositions. His true passion is in sales, advising clients regarding maximizing returns on their real estate investments. Mark received his B.B.A. in Economics from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX and his Master’s Degree in Business from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.
