Colton, President of Colton Commercial & Partners, Inc., since starting in the business in 1984. EXPERIENCE / EXPERTISE Mark has over 34 years' experience in commercial real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has specialized in sales and leasing of San Francisco properties, including development, renovation and disposition of office, retail and industrial projects. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS 2008 - Present Director of Leasing & Sales, Colton Commercial & Partners, Inc. 1998 - 2008 President and Founder of Walker Pacific, Inc. Mark established Walker Pacific when he bought out his partners in 1998. 1990 - 2008 President and Founder of Walker Emerald, Inc. Mark formed Walker Emerald, Inc. with the partners of Emerald Fund, Inc. in February of 1990. Established a leading commercial real estate company focused on the leasing, sales and development of Bay Area properties. Created a mentoring program for new company agents. Developed workout programs for troubled property owners and lenders. 1984 - 1990 Commercial Leasing Agent, Colton Walker Company Exclusively represented landlords and tenants. Trained and mentored new agents. Formed partnerships for the purchase and master lease of commercial properties.
