Based in Orlando, Florida, Senior Director Mark Stratman’s 30-year career includes Tenant Representation, Project Leasing, and Broker recruiting and management experience. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mark led the Brokerage Operations for the Staubach Company and Jones Lang LaSalle in Orlando for the past 13 years. Mark began his real estate career in 1983 in the Central Business District of Chicago and relocated to Florida in 1995. While in Florida, Mark has completed over 5 million square feet of lease and sales transactions and 1,000 acres of land sales in Orlando.
