Mark serves as senior vice president in the Tampa office. Mark has more than 28 years of commercial real estate experience throughout the Southeast. He focuses on tenant representation, development, investment sales, and landlord representation in both the Tampa and Orlando markets. Mark has completed lease or sale transactions with many restaurants and retailers including Burger King, Steak & Shake, Subway, Target, Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowes, Stein Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, Sweetbay Supermarket, Dress Barn, Payless Shoes, Supercuts, Ann Taylor Loft and Pier 1. Over his career, Mark has sold in excess of $130 million of investment properties, including both single-tenant, triple-net deals and multi-tenant properties.
