Mark specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties, also including land and design build. Mark also has devised the marketing programs to many of the city’s most high profile industrial properties. Mark has been in the commercial real estate business since starting with Royal LePage Commercial Inc. in 1995. Working with the Top Industrial Team at LePage for nearly 10 years, Mark has graduated to one of the top ranking sales people being awarded the Presidents Round Table at Cushman & Wakefield and while at Colliers being part of their Top 15 in Canada in 2010. He has worked on a variety of industrial projects across the GTA and is most proud of being part of the Listing Team that successfully leased ‘Canada’s Largest Speculative Development’ at 9173/9183 Airport Road, Brampton in 2006, comprised of 1,100,000 sq.ft. More recently Mark was part of Canada’s largest lease deal in 2010 leasing 860,000 sq.ft. at 100 Royal Group Crescent in Vaughan.
